What is the one thing without which any living being cannot survive? What is at the heart of existence? What is the soul made of? What is the nature of God? I think the answer to all these questions is unconditional love. Whenever and wherever we find unconditional love, we are inexplicably and instantly attracted towards that source. It is the most pervasive and ancient form of truth. In the warm embrace of unconditional love we can all be who we are in essence. There is nothing to prove to anyone, nothing to win, nothing to lose, just a consciousness of pure being. It is where you are content to say "I am" and nothing else matters. To be completely fearless. To win over the primal fear of death. To be immortal. To feel connected with the universe through love and be a part of that all encompassing "I". All I am looking for is the road from here to there. It is the only worthy mission in life.

Poetry by the window
This blog contains glimpses of the life of a closet poet and writer in want of emotional expression. I've always loved the latent music and flow of poetry and I mostly write poetry sitting by my living room window with a view of a lush garden bathing in the moonlight and a clear turquoise pool. I side in the favor of poetry as a form of expression because I really feel that it has a life of its own. The poet is a mere instrument, poetry is the language of the divine!
